Rio Celeste, located in the beautiful Costa Rican rainforest, is a unique river that gets its blue hue where two streams meet. One is high in sulfur and the other high in calcium carbonate. When the streams combine these compounds react to give the river its beautiful blue color. It is said that this is where God dipped his paint brush when he was finished painting the sky. http://bit.ly/1mANqSo
