It’s the start of a new week, so reset your goals. Evaluate what you did last week, look at what you need to differently, then reset your goals accordingly. Make your goals water tight by following these pointers. 1⃣Remember, your goal should be specific, exactly what do you want achieve. 2⃣Measurable, how will you know you’re in track? 3⃣Make it achievable, set smaller goals rather than one big one. 4⃣Is it relevant to your goal? 5⃣Set a timeline to it.
